This phone was and is perfect for my home needs. The main base is my home office connected to house modem, and the two cordless handheld phones are at the kitchen/living room bar and in the master bedroom. Easy to follow setup for digital phone features.

Easy to read numbers, sound is clear. Phone will beep, until the message is listened to and then it can be cleared out.

Bought this for the office. Features are just ok. Material quality of the phone is poor. Wiped dust off the screen on the base unit once with a soft towel and there are now a ton of scratches in it (very thin cheap plastic. Tried a different cloth but just made it worse.Looks very bad now.

This phone has a very good sound system. The speaker is on the back of the cordless phones, so the sound quality decreases significantly if you lay it down, which is the only reason it's getting 4 stars. I propped up the edge of the phone when I didn't want to hold it and the sound quality was pretty good. It's easy to use and set up. It has a built-in call-blocker that requires someone to say their name and hit # for the call to go through. I haven't had a single spam or robo call since I got this, which is worth the price all by itself, even if the rest of the phone wasn't so good. You can modify or shut off this option, if you don't want to use it.

Easy to set up system. Product looks great and is easy to use. Answering machine voice is loud and clear. Ringer has good loud sound level and numbers are large for those difficult of seeing and hearing to use. I highly recommend this product. It's value exceeds its cost.

I replaced a setup that came from AT&T with this setup from AT&T. The new version was easy to setup since it’s similar. The added feature to BLOCK calls is the best. I’m old so not giving up my landline anytime soon.

I bought the phone so elderly person would not be so easily scammed. It has blocked numerous calls a day. 90+ year old can operate messages and knows how to block a call if telemarketers do manage to contact her. The extra handsets are in other than areas of house and she can carry it to the mailbox and still get reception

Setup was delightfully easy. The amount of unwanted calls has dropped significantly. If an unwanted call does get through, all that needs to be done is press the "block" button. The display screen is easy to read. I like the caller announce feature when I'm busy with a project. I am very pleased with this product.

It takes some time to set up but once the user establishes their list of regular contacts the smart call block system is fantastic. It really does the job of handling unsolicited and junk calls. And it is easy to use to add someone you may have forgotten once they call. And it is just as easy to block someone who gets through. The only minor issue with the smart blocking system involves any other non AT&T phones you may still have on the system. We keep an old phone in our family room downstairs and even on a blocked call that phone will ring once. However, on any other blocked call there is no ring. The answering system is also clear and easy to use. Unlike other systems the "beep" you hear when you have a message on the machine is just loud enough to hear and repeats just often enough to remind you to check. The 2 cordless units have a clear sound and other AT&T handsets can be added. All in all, a great unit and worth the price.

Great sound and operating system ! No problem for range between rooms and distance! Easy to operate . Laud enough to hearing the rings in a noisy environment.

I feel the phone is easy to use, there still are many features that I have not used. I like the idea of call block which I need to figure out how to block the call after the call comes in. If you know its a number you want blocked you can simply press block number. I like the fact there are 2 handsets that come with the phone. I also like the color of the phone it goes with any decor.

Very happy with my new AT&T phone. Easy to program and operate. Sound quality is good. Looks nice. I like having the 2 cordless handsets in addition to the corded phone.

If you want to virtually stop all annoying phone calls, this is the phone to get. The written instructions are little hard to follow, but the schematic is OK. You can screen your calls to allow only directory calls to come thru. You can block all other calls, or screen them to announce their name before presenting the call to you. You can block non caller ID calls. Robocalls won't get thru because of the screening process-you have to be a live person to give your name. And, so far, no live vendor has taken the time or effort to announce their name. You can also list #'s for accepting legitimate robocalls to come thru - Dr appts, dentist appts, etc. Someone needs to have a screening process like this for cell phones. I know you can just not answer unknown #'s, but someone legitimate is always going to call that is not in your contacts. Anyway, I love it. It will definitely come in handy next election.

The phone has more options than what we need, but it works good. My wife uses this for her work phone. The multiple handsets are nice and the speakerphone at the base is good. Would be nice to silence the other handset ringers and the call announcement. Even at the lowest volume they still ring, so when my wife is traveling I remove the batteries so I don't hear it ring. Otherwise it has good quality sound big display that is easy to read.

great screening system !! i have a landline for fax machine. Solicitors have the phone ringing and i have to hear answering machine ALL day,, NOT anymore. it gives a partial ring... they record their name. you then get ringing IF THEY RECORDED name and NOT a computer. Instructions great and easy to use. and you CAN program numbers easily in future so they can avoid having to record their name over and over if you speak to them a lot on landline. LOVE IT

These phones are crystal clear, easy to read, and I love the fact that they announce who is calling. Easy to install and they link up immediately after plugging them in.
