Great phone with lots of features , easy set up . One in every room .

Still learning how to navigate the menus. Answering machine has efficient outgoing message. Choice of 10 different ring tones. Easy to read screen. Have not yet tested how long battery charge lasts when handsets are off the base.

I bought this phone for my elderly parents because their Panasonic phones were disconnecting calls. I’m not happy with the sound quality of this phone. It says it has great range but when speaking with my parents, the sound is garbled at times. I did not set up the spam blocking. It was too confusing. My parents were too afraid they’d miss an important call. The Panasonic wins in this category. I like the weight of these phones better. The backlight is better. The buttons are bigger and easier to press. The handsets of the AT&T phones have a louder volume. The controls are easier for my parents to use. It would be perfect if it wasn’t for the occasional garbled sound the caller hears.

So many features, particularly the call blocking options ... still need to take time to ensure setup is correct and what we want. Was purchased to replace a "hearing telephone" that had been used over the last two decades and had become very disfunctional (too much static to hear clearly). Speaker quality seems to serve the need.
