Clear connection... works well! Customer service was accommodatìng... Shopped two other stores first and not a good selection.

I bought this phone for my elderly parents, one of which is visually impaired. The backlit display on the base unit and on the remote handset are much easier to read when compared to a phone we tried with a light green background. The ringer volume and phone volume is also adjustable to accommodate someone hard of hearing. Setup was fairly easy. This phone has many other features that seem useful, though I doubt they will ever use them. Overall they are very pleased with this phone.

The phone was easy to set up. I love the fact that it is expandable. The fact that you don't need a telephone wall connection for the cordless one and only for the corded/base one is wonderful. It is a quality phone for the price.

Needed these for my restaurant and they work great. Super easy to set up and the sound is good.

The main phone and the two satellite phones are all working as designed. It took me a while to figure out how to get them all set up right, but I finally got it done. So far so good!

Like the phone, arrived quickly, easy to set up. Cord on base is very short. Screen is easy to read and tone is loud enough to easily hear.

This phone has good sound, most needed features and we like the corded base station with the screen due to occasional power outages when cordless handsets will not work.

Got this phone set for my grandparents; they've had a lot of issues with answering machines on their last 3 phone sets. Not only were they able to set this up on their own, they said it's the easiest answering machine they've ever utilized and that the phones themselves are clearer than any landline phone they've had in their home. Really fantastic product.

2 handset feature was a great asset to my home office. Able to screen and block unwanted calls. Good range away from base.

I wanted a home phone system with ease of use. This phone system has met that selling point and then some! I enjoy the sound quality, it is easy to use and looks good too!

I really like this phone and it has been very useful in blocking unwanted calls. In addition the controls are very intuitive and the sound quality is very good.

I love the caller ID feature with the date. The sound quality is excellent. I like the feature to change the ring tone. I have not used the cordless handsets yet, but know I will like them as well. I think it was a good value.

Sound quality is good and installation is not difficult.

I like that it has two handsets plus a desk phone. the caller ID numbers and names are easy to read and that is a plus. Not too difficult to set up either. overall please with this choice of home phones.

good 2handset with build in blocker silver and black works good was at a pretty good price when I received the phone. would I refer this information to family or friend yes best buy had a large stock of good buy, so I just keep shopping at best buy for good deals. looking for sales on all christmas items.

It is fine. It does what it says. I was disappointed in the caller ID announce, in that it doesn't announce the name until the 3rd ring.
