Good price, quick shipment. Ringer could be louder, aside from that, nice phone

3 stars, it’s o.k. Replacement for kitchen phone hanging on the wall. Rarely used , ringer is low even when set to high. The ringers on cordless louder in other rooms.

The phone is fine, however the plastic guard that protects the telephone numbers on the hand unit was missing.

I got this analog phone in case of emergencies. So I can call out when the electricity goes out.

Phones are not like the older trim lines- very light weight. I preferred to exchange for a larger /heavier desk top version with caller ID.and call blocking.
