If you need an old style home phone this one works fine.

Very good basic phone with easy to see lighted buttons.

Service was great. Three stars is because the phone is not wall mountable like it says, the phone will not stay on the base. Still going to keep it for the price til I find a wall mountable one.

I wanted an inexpensive phone for my home phone line. I normally just use my cell phone but needed something on the phone line.

Receiver too heavy for base, kept falling off cradle.

I have Comcast for my telephone service & for some reason plug in phones are not working any longer. Must get Comcast out here to fix this problem. Needless to say, I can't rate these phones.

I wanted a small simple phone for my bedroom nightstand with a lighted dial. What I would like to have had in addition is Caller ID.

According to the Verizon technician, the wiring which came with this phone is faulty. We could not get the phone to work after connection. Will return to Best Buy for refund.

Great phone, works well for a while. Then the ring tone goes mute. Supposedly it is due to a combo of touch keys being activated, but the reactivation feature noted in the instructions do not fit the keys provided. So I use it until it no longer rings again. Please ATT fix this feature and instruction guide! Not much choice out in the market otherwise or I would try another of similar construct. I did buy the ATT style with Caller ID but requires four AA batteries to operate the ID.

I purchased this phone for my mom, who prefers a more basic phone. All the new gadgets drive her nuts. She actually owned this same phone model from 15 years ago, so it was an easy choice. It is a great, reliable and easy to use phone. My only complaint is that it does not come with the weight inside, I had to transfer the lead weight from the old phone to the new one. Without the weight the phone is very light and can go flying with little to no effort when you pick up the receiver (thus possibly breaking). The added lead weight keeps the base of the phone from flying all over the place. If you purchase this phone, you will not be disappointed but either get the lead weight from an older model or add your own.

It almost seems like there are missing bulbs or simply not enough installed to light up the keypad. Otherwise, the phone is an excellent choice if simplicity is what you want. The ringer volume is of course adjustable and not obnoxious, like the old fashioned "bell" ringers. Also the speaker is adjustable.

What I was looking for. I have a really one one like this in beige. I wanted to use it in my garage, but I'm guessing it's not made for todays electronics and when I plugged it in the jack, it sounded really awful. I looked for a replacement and found this one. It's doing the job mounted in the garage.

This is the classic Trimline, a phone that's not a fashion statement or trend toy. You don't have to replace the batteries every month or so or worry about radio interference. And it has an excellent price.

Replaced an existing phone in kitchen with this one. Phone goes on the wall very well. Looks clean and neat. Works well as a basic phone. Have 5 extensions with my answering machine and wireless phones do not go on the wall very well. I'm satisfied with this one.

Phone is great for what it's needed. We'll just have to find a longer cord to go with it.

we went to the best buy store 20 years ago an brought this phone a low cost phone. .. still work great today ... we went back to best buy store today a got a newer one .. this is a phone that last an last .... very happy with best buy the past 20+++ years now .. great store an great people thank. you

Its really great and works good and looks good in the kitchen.

Bought this phone as a back-up phone in case the electricity goes out during our Spring Shower season here in Texas. All my phone are cordless in the house. If with a cell phone, if you forget to charge it and need a phone while the electric is out then you are up the creek with no paddle. This phone is my paddle.

I purchased two of these phones, and they are doing everything you could expect a $10 phone to do. I brought them home, plugged them in, and they work great.
