Would be excellent if it began announcing Caller ID after 2nd ring instead of after 3rd ring.

My folks were in need of new phones. They love these phones and they can easily use some of the features. The extra handsets is super handy for my aging parents. They can one in each of the common rooms.

I.love it. It records messages nicely. Repeat well, delete, skips. Voices are clear. In house ranges is good. Large keys . Hands sets works great. Im completely satisfied. Thanks.

Excellent sound quality. There are many features i will probably never use, but younger folks will most likely if they still have land lines. Likability to cell phone is a nice option.

It’s convenient to have 3 cordless phones all in arms reach … I actually have 2 sets of these amazing AT&T phones … one set for hubby and Me and one set for my elderly mother in law who is living with us … we r all connected in 2 separate ways and the good part about it is that we could shut off the ringer in our bedroom on her phone where the modem is …

Bought this set for my elderly parents to replace their old hard-wired landline phone. It has some nice features - big, easy to read keys, and red and green color scheme for hang up/answer. Answering machine is simple and easy to use. Certain functions like ringer volume adjustment should be easier and more intuitive. I had to read the manual and read it again to figure it out.

We bought a different brand (V-Tech) and the reception was terrible! This AT&T one is so much better! No crinkly noises. We don’t need/use any of the fancier features so I can’t review those, but this phone is convenient for around the house with several receivers and chargers. The phones hold their charge well off the charger too.

Great phone set, great features! No problem setting it up, nice color, nice and light in weight.

I needed a landline for my home business and this phone system works very well. Having the additional units is a huge help, especially when I am not in the same room as the main base phone. Also love the fact that I was able to set this up to connect with my cell phone. I can also answer a call from my cell, on this phone. Huge advantage, as I do not have my cell with me all the time. It is usually in another room and I can easily answer the call on the landline while I head to where my cell phone is and resume the call on that.

Arrived on time.The phones, with the 4 handsets and various features are great. This is my second purchase of AT&T phones. The first was a two handset model purchased a number of years ago and while they still worked fine we simply needed additional phones. Couldn't be happier and would recommend the phones and BEST BUY.

Awesome product for the issue I needed it for which is to STOP robo and spam calls! The phone doesn’t ring anymore! Yay! Negative issue: not clear instructions and harder to use extras.

Had to replace a landline phone due to its age and not being able to get a battery. The price was right and the features surpass by old phone. You can store a 1000 numbers on the memory block callers and I have enough phones to put them where I really needed use them.

I GUESS THEY DONT MAKE PHONES LIKE THEY USED TO. I AM NOT HARD OF HEARING BUT WHEN I HAVE IT ON SPEAKER PHONE IT IS NOT VERY LOUD FOR OTHERS TO HEAR. IT DOESNT COME WITH BELT CLIPS AND YOU CAN'T EVEN ORDER THEM AS THEY DONT EXIST! MY HUSBAND USED A CLIP FROM THE OLD PHONE AND USED ALIEN TAPE TO SECURE IT. WOULD I RECCOMEND ...NOT REALLY. BEST BUY HAD A LIMITED CHOICE TO CHOOSE FROM.

Easy installation, works as advertised. But, it appears to be a telemarketer-magnet. The voice screening for junk calls apparently looks like a human answered the phone to the robo-callers, and you get put on a lot more lists. My junk calls have about doubled since I installed the phones, but that's not enough for me to remove them since the phone does a really good job of preventing them from going through (ringing).

We decided to purchase a new landline set of phones. This AT & T set received an excellent review from an independent rating service. Also, the price was reduced; hence, we made the purchase. Whereas the phone is easy to use relative to basic functions, it is not easy to program, especially the smart call blocker. This blocker was a reason we bought the phone, but the instructions to set up blockers are not easy to implement. Very disappointed in this aspect

The phone's are fine however the instructions are inadequate for some features.

These are really good phones. I like how they work. I told friends about them. They will buy them. 4 stars.
