I have used ATT phones since ... And this is the first one that disappointed me. I have another phone in my house that starts ringing one full ring-cycle before this one. it remains silent until all the Caller-ID info arrives, I guess that is so Call Blocker can work, but I don't use Call Blocker. After 4-rings my voice-mail takes the call from my access and 3-audable rings isn't enough time to cross_the_room.

Although it's more complicated than my old answering machine, I love the way it screens calls from all the unwanted telemarketers!

The call block feature on this phone is awesome! Using that feature has gotten rid of so many spam calls! Love it!

Awesome phone for screening calls hands down. A must buy to rid of solicitors. Phone will not even ring from them.

Had hoped to use this device's connect to cell function as a landline replacement. Had been using a Sprint Home Connect device with an older 3 handset cordless phone. As part of the Sprint / T-Mobile changeover, all 3G CDMA devices must go away. The existing Sprint HC phone number was moved to a spare 4G LTE cellphone which I connected via Bluetooth to the AT&T. Setup was easy & imported contacts, etc. Call quality was poor, often with a distinct echo. On incoming calls, I could hear the cellphone ring 4 to 5 times before the AT&T handset would start ringing. That only gave me 2 rings on the cordless to grab it before the cell went to voicemail. The setup possibly could have been tweaked for better performance, but It really didn't meet my expectations right out of the box. In my opinion, the Connect to Cell feature is not a primary function of this device. Rather, it is just an added feature that could use improvement. I returned this device to BestBuy, and a T-Mo compatible device that was basically a direct replacement for the Sprint Home Connect was purchased online.

Great speaker on the phone. Call blocking is great. At first I thought it wasn't working because the phone never rang, but it was just blocking all those annoying calls! Not the easiest phone to set up, you need to input the numbers.

easy to set up. anyone can set it up. please dont do away with the phones.

It's worth the purchase... kinda pricey but it's blocking robo calls and telemarketers and also you can block the incoming calls.

I really like this ATT phone, the setup was easy and the block call feature is very good. The reception is very good and the phones charge quickly.

Great clarity, easy to set up. Like the handle feel and light weight. Def. a good buy and would recommend. I get a quick notice as to whom is calling before ring commences. Comcast connected. Not easy to say nice things about C-cast!

Worth the price, does have many features, been working so far

Decent phone. Good sound quality. No mute function on incoming calls so phones continue to ring even if you don't want to answer.

Nice product, good overall quality but no longer able to put a space between words in the directory names. It worked for awhile, then didn’t. Also wish it had CID announcement so you don’t have to actually go look at the screen. Otherwise, very nice.
