The phones are serving the purpose. It was easy to set them up. The ring tone is pleasant. The screen is readable and the buttons are large. I haven't the feature of connecting to cell.

I really liked the phones & features. I missed the call ID announcement, which this phone d/n have. I could deal with it, but missed it. Then there was the constant annoying sound in the background, I'm thinking the ECO searching & buffering that drove me crazy, then a lot of static & interference. I just wasn't pleased & knew these weren't for me. I finally made the decision to return. Maybe they'll work very well in other areas, but for my area, there's always been a weak signal issue, which may have lead to the background sounds.

I’ve gone through 8 different cordless phone sets. We have a handset monster in our house that makes the handsets disappear. So my family is left with only the bases. So I’m hoping this one last longer. So far so good. It was easy to set up. And I’m enjoying having a couple of handsets again.

I needed new phones in the house. Those old ones I have were ready dying out. These are clear to hear and speak. These were simple to hook up.

Life is more peaceful with Call Blocking....Combined with Nomorobo only one scammer/ telemarketer has gotten through since set up... System recognized my cell phone as promised... I'm unlikely to use all the features but I'm happy with this purchase. One of my sisters recently got same product.

Enough annoyances to make me want to replace this

This phone system has enough annoyances that I'm wanting to get rid of it after a year. First the good: Sound is decent. The bad: * It's supposed to be "full-duplex". It's not. When I talk, the speaker is muted so I can't hear the other party * The talking caller ID feature, one of the main reasons why I bought this, is terrible. It's not very clear, and it can't pronounce anything properly (at least in English). I get better, clearer pronunciation in my 11 year old car system. * If someone calls and just hangs up, it records it as a message. So I have to plow through dozens of empty messages all the time. * When trying to delete these empty messages, if I don't time pressing the message delete button just right, the message doesn't get deleted. * The menu system is very complicated * If the key tone is enabled, it can't keep up if you enter a phone number too quickly. It then will drop digits you think you entered. * When entering a number, the handset tries to insert dashes to make the number readable (area code-exchange-number). It's only readable AFTER the entire number is entered. While entering a number it's hard to figure out what you're looking at because the hyphens are in meaningless places. * Redialing a previous number is needlessly complex. Redialing the previously called number should be one key press. I'm not using the cell phone/bluetooth feature so I can't speak to that.

The AT&T phone was very easy to install/ set up. We always buy AT&T phones for their long life and reliable of service. The price is always a good investment.

I mostly use the phone with the speaker phone capabilities. The sound is okay, a little tinny. There is a 1-2 second delay when you press the numbers on the keypad and hear the beep they make. This is very annoying to me. Someone rated this phone as a top contender, which is why I bought it. It is far from that.

These are great land line phones. The big white button in the middle lets you add the caller immediately to a Blocked Caller list.

This handset works great I can even carry one of these portables out to my yard just like a cell phone and receive excellent reception from the base that's inside my house. I especially like the call blocking feature on this handset to block those annoying spam callers.

I got this model to replace an old AT&T wireless phone system in which the handsets and charging bases were getting buggy, and replacement handsets are no longer available. This new model was top rated by Wirecutter, which is usually a very good source. It could be that I got a dud, but none of the handsets will store numbers, operate a directory, or download from my cell phone via Bluetooth. They are connected to the base, because as plain-old phone handsets, they work fine (incoming and outgoing calls). But if you try to access the directory, whether to store a number or look one up, you get "Unavailable, no power at base" and the handset then loses its time. This is with everything fully charged. Per the trouble shooting section of the manual, I have tried unplugging the base, removing the batteries from the handsets, letting everything sit, then powering back up and letting them reconnect. Same problem, this does nothing. The Bluetooth download feature (that is supposed to let you download a directory from the cell phone to this phone system) similarly does not work: it starts, then stops every time.

Our biggest problem is just being able to get the phone set to where it rings 3-4 times before going over to answering system. Rings twice then goes to answering system.
