I love this phone It has call screening ... it cuts down on all the unwanted calls.

My 91 year old MIL had a difficult time understanding the controls on these. There were a bit too many buttons for her, and combinations needed in a specific order to complete actions. We did program the family numbers into the phone but it was still difficult for her to use because dialing those required multiple button pushes to bring up the list and scroll to find the one she wanted to call. She had some cognitive issues and age-related dementia setting in so memorizing the steps was a bit too difficult. Great for younger folk still using a landline but too complicated for the elderly with cognitive issues.

I bought this product thinking it would be good because of the company ATT. After using it we fould we di not like it. It dials ,rings, funny. Speaker is not loud, as well as many of the fuctions are not as good as you would think. But i guess you get what you pay for and this was a lower price then most of the rest a this store

Purchased for my mom's house as a replacement. It works perfect and she can work with it.

I insist on keeping a “house phone.” I have a cell and all of my family have cell phones but I use the house phone all of the time for various reasons. My kids have had to call the house phone out of the blue when I leave my cell phone charging and am away from it. I look at the house phone caller ID and answered. I get a kick out of chatting with people too!

I had my wireless landline phone for quite some time now. Unfortunately, the phone began to stop working properly. I knew then it was time for me to purchase new phones. I decided to purchase new phones from Best Buy. I am glad I made this important decision, because I am a very pleased customer. I love this bundle of phones. I can hear very clearly, than compared to the other phones I used in the past.
