Sound quality is only fair Contacts in my directory don't always show in caller ID It's one great feature is Smart Block for robocalls

I like this phone, however it seemed a bit complicated to use, but once I learned how, it was ok. Sound is okay as well.

If you are looking to eliminate unwanted calls form ringing through your search just might be over. In the several months of having these I have only had two unwanted calls ring. Down from hundreds. There are lots of settings to set up. Well worth the time.

This was a good deal but I'm not sure if id buy them again....lots of static and dropped calls (had my lines and internet checked out)sooo .....

Replaced our old cordless land line phones with these and put one in all of our important rooms. Great clear reception on all phones. Nice touch to have our cell phones tied into the system. The system records and can block all those annoying telemarketing people or robo calls.

Phone are good but it hard for me to figure out how to use them I'am 82

Good phones but after downloading all contacts from an iPhone we could not use them since long distance calls had to be dialed with a “1” before those numbers.

This purchase was to replace an identical set that was just over 1 year old. The previous set suffered from having the personal phone number directory completely get erased without warning. The best that Att&t would do is offer a 15% off their full MSRP. for buying another set through them. Cheaper going through Best Buy. When this system works, it is amazing! The smart call block feature is the main feature that influenced my buying decision. We were getting easily 20 spam calls per day and now, with the screening turned on, things are quiet! Also the audio quality of the handset is really good!

Nice set of phones, sleek, clean and nice looking. They work well and I'm glad I made the purchase.

I give it a 3 because store had very limited supply of phones and phone did not have features I wanted but was only one available with "3" so I purchased. After having it and trying to "like" it, the 15 days passed and I could not take it back.

These little rascals are so cool and high falutin that I can call the planet Mars and the sound is so clear I think I'm with them on the planet. Elon Musk would be proud of these home phones.

so far these phones work fine. I haven't figured every thing out on it yet, but eventually I will. I hope it lasts as long as the last ATT cordless. It lasted over 8 years

Simple to set up, which was fortunate because it didn't come with a manual.

Items were installed in a timely manner and met my expectations.

These AT and T phones work great. They are the best ones that I have purchased.

In laws needed new phones for there home. They wanted 3 handsets so our local best buy had this in stock and it has been a great phone system for them. The display is large and the key pad is large. For older people this is a great phone system. Highly recommended.

Set up is a snap. My only negatives are the user manual and operations. Not the easiest in the work. If you are geeky you will be ok.
