These are great land line phones. The big white button in the middle lets you add the caller immediately to a Blocked Caller list.

It was time for a new phone, and your store had exactly what I wanted. Your associate was very helpful. He carried the box to the cash register, which made it easier for a senior to complete her purchase. I am never disappointed when I shop Best Buy!

Love that I can pick up land line to answer cell phone. Reception is terrible on cell phone itself at home, so very nice can now answer cell through the land line.

Product itself is fine, but when it would not work after assembling and setting up, I returned to Best Buy to ask a question. I was told by the "Greeter" that asking a question would be considered troubleshooting and I would have to talk to their technicians, which would cost $39.99. I was offered instead, a new set of phones. Believing this to be STUPID, I instead drove to the Comcast store, where a young man immediately knew what I'd done wrong, I went home, did the simple solution he'd told me and everything works fine. What is WRONG with Best Buy?!

This system is overly complex— tries to adjust too many factors at the expense of being intuitive to use.

Love phones. Currently using 3 of 4 right now. Not having to get up to go get the phone is truly convenient.

This looks just like what I need to replace my ancient Panasonic telephones but I haven't installed the new, ATT branded one.

These phones sound good, but fall short in most other areas. The handsets feel cheap. The displays can’t show “#” or “*” so they use a different symbol. There is no support for features found on competitor’s phones, such as call announce and giving the handsets custom names. “Smart call blocking” is anything but. In all, disappointing vs systems from other manufacturers.

Works like any other phone, except there is enough receivers I can have one close enough that I do not have to go too far to see it is a call from "Unavailable".

I purchased this phone because it said this..... "Robocalls on your landline are automatically blocked from ever ringing through—even the first time. Screening calls has never been easier. The handset and base announce the name of the caller and For screen out robocalls, set it to ask the callers to press the pound key. For screen out unknown callers, set it to ask the callers to record their names and press the pound key" NO ! ...WELL not exactly. What is NOT made clear anywhere except in fine print on the box is that you must pay for these services from your landline provider. I just set it to ring once then go to voice mail so I can listen and screen the call. I can do that with a much cheaper phone. Disappointing !!

I wish the previous company was still making these as AT&T is adequate, but has some spaces. Unfortunately, due to the shrinkage of land lines, improvements will continue to be very hard to find if at all.

The base station does not have a speaker or dial pads, so one does have to have the handset in the hand to speak or make a call. It is also not a friendly user.
