Difficult to Activate

I had to return to the store to change my carrier which was fine however, I then had to buy a sims card and a 65 dollar prepaid card that I wasn't expecting to have to buy. The sales associate forgot to mention that when I bought the phone and after spending that much on a phone you shouldn't have any hiccups. The associate did fix my issue but I still couldn't use the phone so I had done service for a couple of days.
