I did not read closely enough and it was not compatible with the base unit that I purchased. It would not sync with the base handsets model that I had purchased. The quality seemed great

Great Set

I had to go back, pay more and wait for the secondary handset to reach me. The only complaint I have about the set as a whole is that it was advertised to show caller ID when you were on another line. As it turns out, you must have the same type of telephone system for this to happen. My landline (copper) does not seem to interact with incoming calls.
