This phone is great! Love the Caller ID announcement feature, big buttons and the enhanced sound.

This is an expansion set that is very easy to set up on the existing base station. Was up and working in just a few minutes

I got this as an extension of my originally purchased base unit. Just needed a second handset in another room. Best Buy associates help me find the right unit, and even ordered it for me. Came right on time. I've always been happy with the associates that have assisted me at the Best Buy on Chapman in Orange, Ca. just what i needed lost the original handset this new one works just fine.

We bought this as a replacement when one of our original handsets had a number that quit working. This handset works, but none of the incoming call list works, beyond one call. If I resync it only the first incoming call will be displayed and there is NO way to set up the call block/allow list. NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!

So far, so good. No problems. I would have given this 5 stars except the instructions to use all of the features are a little complicated!

This is a great phone for the price.It does everything you need it to and they last for a long time.I had to buy this one because I left ours out in the rain.They're great phones but not waterproof. My bad.If I take care of the new one,it'll last for years.

Ordered this item at the Customer Service desk at my local Best Buy store. The item arrived several days prior to the projected delivery date. This item complimented the base unit that we had already purchased. It was very easy to configure as directed in the instructions. Highly recommend this item to go with the base station.

As an older person (my wife is 81) we have a bit of trouble hearing, seeing, and working with technology. These phones have excellent sound (and plenty of volume), are well lighted, have big buttons and were amazingly easy to set-up. We've loved these new phones.

Happy I purchased this phone, sorry I did not buy this second phone when I purchased the original. I can plug it into any room, if I spend considerable time in that room. Because I have a fireplace I sit in one room to watch tv in the winter and different room in the summer because the tv is larger and better in that room and room is much more airy so I take the phone with me.

My mom needed something that was loud enough for her to hear when talking with someone on the phone. This one did the trick! She can hear callers more clearly and doesn't need to rely on the speaker phone anymore.
