With the move to working from home fulltime during the pandemic, we needed a phone that would work with a headset and still have features like caller ID & call waiting. This works well with our headset.

Kind of expensive, but it's an AT & T. Hopefully, it lasts a long time. I like how it stands up on my kitchen counter & stays put when I punch in numbers. I am sure phone is cable of doing so much more. Have not investigated that yet.

This phone is an easy set-up and use for any professional office.

I replace my old OLD phone with this one. so far works really well. Plenty of nice features!

I work from home so my phone is very important to me. 1) Numbers so large that it spreads out the keypad and makes dialing uncomfortable. Had an AT&T model with smaller buttons that was a dream. Not this one. 2. Caller ID is slow and if you wait for it to show up, your caller may have hung up. 3. To scroll through the past call list, is cumbersome and requires several steps. It sometimes starts with the oldest first so it takes FOREVER to get through all the numbers. My last AT&T phone, you just pushed the down button and it let you scroll through them. 4. Voices come through very brassy. Often it sounds like another phone may be off the hook listening in but that's impossible in my case. 5. Loved my last AT&T phone except that the handset jack loosened and I had to keep it taped to keep a connection. I'm hoping this one isn't the same.

My only criticism is that while it is a 2-line phone, I only have 1 line and no one is able to tell me how to turn off the 2nd line so that it's not constantly lit as being "in use".

Great large numbers on readout. Big buttons are great for my dad.

Had to replace an ancient phone for my mother. This one did the trick. Very easy to mount to wall and does what she needs it to do.

Great for my home office and minimal features that I need

This phone is perfect! Exactly what I needed to work from home like so many of us are now. If you need a 2 line business phone...or even just a one line with the ability to expand...this is the phone you are looking for!!

I needed a phone that I could use in my home office that would have multiple lines, as well as a headset input. So far, so good! Everything seems to work as intended. The one thing I would have liked is if it had different ring tone options to choose from.

I really enjoy the features on this AT&T corded phone. I love the caller ID. It allows me to see who is calling me before I answer. I also thought the price was very reasonable for the features provided.

Tried to find an analog phone that fits Comcast Business' pseudo VOIP service. Works for a small business <10 users.
