Excellent phone! Bought for brother-in-law in nursing home, plugged it into a portable hot spot, and now he has a wireless phone that feels exactly like a land line.

The phone is basic and was needed to replace a previous wall mounted one. The only big negative was the ease to get all the wires tucked in the back to be able to place flush on the wall.

Got this phone for my dad whom is older and doesn’t like to deal with too many features. Has the ability to run without plugging it into an outlet which was important for my dad. This is good for an emergency when the power is out.

I was disappointed because it did not light up. Could not return due to an illness that prevented returning on time.

Choice for a wall phone is pretty slim. This almost fills the bill but the readout for caller id is really small

I bought this phone because I always want to have a corded phone in the house due to power outages. And when my 30 year old phone finally died I jumped on the chance to get another AT&T phone. Great phone, always reliable!

This is a very nice phone with a few exceptions...1. It doesn't fit our existing wall plate 2. It has too many bells and whistles for a senior citizen to figure out 3. The ring tone is very loud (even when at its' lowest setting) and has a very shrill tone to it.

Compact and lightweight with all the necessary features that I wanted in a corded phone.

No issue on the phone, but the caller id acts funky. I tried calling in several times and it didn't store the numbers. They did appear on screen though.

Went to Best Buy in Vestal NY to get this phone but they did not have it but the salesman ordered it and got it sent to our home. He was great

Product good, how to install features language not completely clear. I needed to phone AT&T to get clarification.

It is a very good phone for the money. It is used in our home office and is ideal for our use.

Regular, heavy duty, corded telephone. I love the overall look of this phone, especially the nice display screen. So far it is working great!

I needed a one-line phone with a hold button for our business. I did a lot of research before deciding on this one. It has big numbers and a decent size screen to show incoming phone numbers. I highly recommend this phone!

WE needed a hand set that did not have a button on it. We previously would accidentally hang up by touching our ear to the button. The dial buttons are large and convenient. this unit is well designed.

Seems to be a very good purchase at a reasonable price.
