Good phone for the money. Easy to handle, big numbers and clear sound.

Speaker is a handy feature. Caller ID lets you avoid all those awful junk calls. Stores callers and numbers you want to keep for later.

I was looking for a basic landline phone and purchased this which was on sale. It provides what was required as well as many extras (caller ID, memory for frequently used numbers) for a very reasonable price. The sound is also excellent.

AT&T - CL2909 Corded Phone with Speakerphone - White was used to replace the current wall phone that was disabled by a power outage. It is the exact make and model that we had which makes it easier for my Mom to use as she knows all the functions by heart and repetition of use. I am happy that you had the exact make and model! I purchased this phone to replace another corded phone. The volume can be adjusted on this phone, which my old phone could not do. This phone also has a speaker. It has a sturdy base. The receiver is light, which I like. I switched the cord to a longer cord. The phone was easy to set up, and it is easy to use. I got this phone when it was on sale. I got a great phone for a great price (under $30 including tax).

The features on this phone are good if somewhat hard of hearing and eyesight is no longer strong. The number buttons are large and easy to see. There is a volume control that boosts the sound if needed and the phone automatically makes some adjustments when hearing aids are worn. This is a replacement for a phone of the same model that my wife had me use to replace a light weight phone which kept falling off of a stand. I really missed that phone until I got this one to replaced it.

Good quality, great and easy to use. An excellent phone to have as backup for when the cordless phones fail.

Necessary to have a lined phone with no batteries need when the power goes out. Easy to read push button phone. Able to store numbers and retain CID.

I love this telephone, this is will be an added second phone. I would want to anybody who is looking to buy a corded phone, this the one that have have everything and easy to use.

As other reviewers have said, for an inexpensive corded telephone it does what you need it to do. However, the caller ID is almost unreadable. I needed a white, wall mountable corded phone and I'm satisfied with it.

Just needed a corded home phone. It's a little bigger then what I wanted but I will have to get used to it. Landline phones aren't what they used to be. Not crazy about the way the receiver sits need to make sure it's hung up. Sorry to sound so negative it may just be me.

Other than sometimes the sound cuts out on speaker, the phone is great. It sets up at a good angle to read the screen and I like the large buttons.

I purchased this wall phone for my mother. I really like most of its features (it rings loudly, phone numbers were easily programmed into speed dial buttons, buttons are easy to read), but the screen where caller id appears is very difficult to see. It would be so much better if the screen were backlit. The curly cord that comes with the phone should really be longer
