I bought this for my 92 year old father in law and he loves it and it is easy for him to use.

Had a bad experience with some cheap phones off the Internet. Cheap in price and cheap in quality. I want a better quality of phone because I'm old school where my house phones are concerned. I want something that's not going to fall apart after a few months. The AT&T logo means that it's something they know that I'll be satisfied with and it'll last. I'm happy with this phone.

Not too difficult to set up. Just haven't figured out how to erase the missed calls. Seems to be working fine, caller ID works, now Mom doesn't have to answer unwanted calls. Telephone part works even if the power goes out.

Ideal product for senior citizens. The ease of use, not too technical, instructions are in layman's terms.

simple to set up I'm hearing challenged and it has some features that make it easy for me

The phone is good. If you just need a simple phone, this works well. It actually has voicemail which is pretty awesome because it saves me money from the phone company. It has speed dial and speaker phone which seemed like a really good value for the price. The buttons seems stiff which isn't a huge deal. My main beef is that I want to use to plug in a wireless headset from work. Unfortunately, there is only one plugin for a handset so you have to have the handset off "the hook" in order to use a wireless headset. Still, it is pretty simple to use and has plenty of features for the price. It is a good buy.

I’ve purchased this phone a few times for my mom. Last long easy setup and use and most importantly for her was the volume. It’s loud and clear has a button you can hit if you need it even louder (for those hard of hearing). Easily programmable.

So far, I have been pleased with this purchase. I wish the display was lit up when there were missed calls. It doesn't draw the attention when not lit. I love the loud ring and the choice to let it ring 5 times before the answer machine takes over. My elderly mother needs the extra time to get to the phone. Overall, the phone is straightforward enough for both of us.

I bought this phone for my father-in-law who turned 96. He likes the phone because of the large numbers and is easy to use

This phone is for my 88 year old aunt. Her other one had the caller ID stop working, and she wasn't happy without it. I set up this phone and so far everything is working great. She really likes the large font on the caller ID screen.

Works very well. We like it as it offers the option to see the number of the incoming call as we get many spam calls.
