The batteries is the only bad thing about it other than that great home phone ..............................................

These phones work well. Very clear and great range

My 78 year old mother's phones were struck by lightning. I bought these phones to replace the damaged ones, and she loves them! She has one for every room in her house now. The sound is very clear. The phone base speaks the caller's name, and she gets a big kick out of that and can screen her calls now.

This is a great phone for the money. I would recommend this to a friend.

If my 87 year old father can use this phone, I believe anyone can. Clear voice and many different ring tones.

Thin and slips out of my hand it would be nice if there was some sort of rubber grips to make it easier to hold

When i opened, I saw a function which the telphone looks like a radio with the others on your home.

Very clear reception. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find the expandable phones so I bought 2 sets, but found out that even my older AT&T cordless phones work with this new one. I am very pleased with it!

It's nice to have a phone in every room that are all hooked up on the same system.

Our home phone system had seen too many hours and mishaps, so at replacement time, we looked to Best buy for a new setup...............this met and exceeded our needs. Very easy to install and use thanks to a detailed manual , powerful enough to use in house and outside, a user friendly large scale faceplate on the phones, well built, small "footprint" phone charger bases, AT&T quality throughout, all in a packaging that would make Houdini scratch his head (incredible that they could get all this equipment into its box, securely!), and you've got a keeper here for sure. We're NOT tech savvy by any stretch, so if this type of thing intimidates you, fear not, the whole package is a novice's dream! Highly recommended on all accounts.
