    The shells for the cordless phones are pretty robust as I've dropped them a few times without issue. There's plenty in the way of setting up menu options for this, but one thing that bothers me, is when I receive a message on the answering machine, there's no associated repeating beep, just a flashing red dot, that I often don't notice, cause the base is on the other side of the house from where I spend most of my time. Otherwise, great product.
