    Needed new phones so bought these. The range is very good, and I've even used them while at the neighbor's house. Reception is clear. I wish it had a jack for a headset but it does not. Also the "handset search" pings all of the phones at the same time; you cannot search for an individual lost handset; they all ring. Other than those quirks it's a great phone set. Glad I bought them..

    My refrigerator came with an ice maker and water dispenser. It came with the house when I bought it. Unbeknownst to me you actually have to change the filter occasionally. After ignoring the red light telling me that I need a new filter for a month or so I finally went on line to find one. Best Buy had one, best price, easy to order, problem solved.

    Compared to the other sets I looked at, this was not only the best value, but the set has turned out to be a favorite purchase in our home. The signal on each of the handsets is very strong so we don't deal with static-saturated calls, and my favorite aspect is that whatever bandwidth the set operates on does NOT interfere with our wireless connection!

    After many complaints about our not keeping our cell phones charged we got this system as a back up. We are using VOIP, sound quality, especially on the main unit is not good. (n the other hand perhaps it is the VOIP provider or the location of the unit.) We have a big house, it is nice to have multiple extensions.

    I bought this for my parents who are in their 80's. They love having a handset for 4 areas. The phone was easy to program and easy to use. The numbers and caller ID are easy to read. The volume is loud enough for them to hear the phone ringing. They have had some problems retrieving their messages but I feel they will get it with practice.
