sound quality on handset and speaker is poor

I excitedly hooked up the phones and was very disappointed that the sound was not crisp. I got feedback that my voice on the speaker phone was hollow. I was disappointed and had to return them.

Sound quality bad

Also it is cheaply made. Returned it and bought a better brand that starts with a P. Stay clear of this phone.
