Great user manual & voice guided setup helps you use all the features. Love the voice caller-ID announcement. I use the directory and speed dial often - really saves time. Only complaint is it records messages from annoying telemarketers even if they don't speak. I guess the background noise triggers it. Don't yet know if there is a remedy for this.

Got this for my dad. Big letter display. Works great. Only fault is the answer button that has a red light is right next to the message play button with a flashing red light. The buttons are small and identical so my dad keeps turning off the answering machine while trying to get the messages

This phone system works great. Good range and sound quality.

My husband is hard of hearing and can't move quickly enough to answer a phone that is out of his reach. This phone has crisp and clear sound without any special attachments and the volume adjusts to a level he hears well. It comes with 2 additional handsets that we placed around the house, reducing the number of calls that he misses.

I found the instructions average, but setting up the phone and answering machine was a snap. No problems, easy to use. It functions much better than the unit it replaced, and having 2 cordless handsets allows me to place phones where I had never before been able to do.

Pretty good sound quality and ease of installation

It served its purpose but hard to set up. The message recorder is problematic.

We hardly buy anything new unless the product we have stops functioning our old answering machine worked with a mini cassette so that kind of tells you what I mean. Now the new product is like WARP power compared to stone knives and Bear claws. Thanks

Does what it says. It has a built in message recorder which seems redundant with virtually every phone service already offering it. Handsets have good battery life. Speaker system is good.

Bought this AT&T 84215 Detect answering machine to replace one that bit the big one. It has all of the features that I was looking for and is relatively easy to set up. I wish the screen was a little wider so that I could enter longer names, but I have adapted. It does the job admirably.

The corded phone has sometimes been difficult for people to hear, said it sounded like I was a long ways away. Have not heard any complaints on the wireless phones. All sound good on my end.

This is my first purchase of an expandable cordless phone system. It has real crisp clear sound. I love it that it doubles as a walkie - talkie it really comes in handy. Two of my friends have also purchased this item from my recommendation. Great product........Bull347

I like this phone system a lot. I can talk and be heard clearly in different rooms around my apartment. I wish the numbers were a little bigger for my senior adult friend who uses the phone to dial out.

I bought this system because we wanted a phone that would work in a power outage. The corded base station can make and receive calls if the power goes out. Of course the Caller ID, answering system, and the two remote phones won't work if the power is out. However, the base station does reset the time and date from the Caller ID system info after an outage. The voice quality for the cordless handsets, especially in the speaker mode, is much better than the new Panasonic ones which we tried and returned. It isn't that difficult to program the base station and handsets. Read the instructions first and then follow them step-by-step to program each handset and the base station! We also turned off the Caller ID voice announce, its just a distraction and tells the whole world who's calling!

Replacing my existing home phone with a product that offered a much lower volume option for the ringer allowed me to maintain a more peaceful environment at home rather than the jarring ring of the older phone.

Was looking for a new phone for the house and this is just what I wanted. Can add additional hand sets if needed. Love the caller ID announce feature, although depending on what the name come up as, it can be hard to understand.

Purchased this phone system for my residence so that I could have a phone handy in most any room in the house. It was easy to set up the multiple lines. Very satisfied with the sound quality, too!

I really liked the look and feel of the phone. Unfortunately, I needed one that was purely battery operated, which the main phone was not. I had to return it.

Just really needed a new answering machine, but couldn't find one by itself. this system has allowed us to put extensions in other parts of the house.
