Phone has good features. The two I liked were that in a power outage, the base unit will use a handset for power. The second feature that interested my was call screening. You can enter a list of phone numbers and set the phone so that for any caller not on the list, the phone will request them to press # before ringing through. This will screen out robo calls. Unfortunately, you need to subscribe to a caller id service for this to work. There should be a setting where the phone screens ALL calls, no matter who it is. This would not require subscribing to caller id. But they did not set the phone up this way. This a a draw back Phone range is good, speaker quality is fair, recorded message quality is so so.

for th3e price I'm disappointed . I lived here 20 years many phones . never had a problem with hissing noise. but if i switch to base then back to handset hissing goes away. operation is a nightmare. 213 page manual.If it takes that many pages to use a home phone why bother who has the time to read that. not user friendly.oh and if you want to place a call on hold. enjoy scrolling through menus to find it. they couldnt just add a hold button. returning mine

The function to connect a bluetooth headset is not an option through one of the additional handset units. That option only exists on the main base station. Instead of being able to dial from smaller handset and use bluetooth headset, have to go through multiple steps on main oversized base station.

Since we still need a land line, even in 2019, this set is doing a great job. Love the call blocking capability.

I bought this phone so that I could use my existing DECT6 headset with my iPhone. This phone does the job well. I have the convenience of using my cell phone with the range of my DECT6 headset. I'm not such a fan of the call screening feature, though. I've had several people tell me that even after following the pre-recorded message, the phone did not put them through.

We were looking for a Bluetooth cordless phone that had one phone connected to the phone line and the 2 other phones with the option of having them Bluetooth off the main line because we were experiencing problems with the other phone outlets.These phones worked perfect! They also callout the person who is calling from the main line.

Bought this for one purpose! To screen robo calls! Downloaded my address book and no one else gets straight through!

The phone was on the shelf at a much lower price... BB sold the item for that price at great cost to themselves. The phone has worked well. I love the Bluetooth connection to my cell which makes it an additional handset. Some actions are a little complicated hence the 4 stars.
