Purchased this phone for my Grandmother and she loves it. The display is large enough for her to see without her glasses. The install was easy and the menu setup with the preference we wanted was also easy. It did take a few minutes to figure out how to select the choices I wanted in the menu, but once that was done I had no other issues. The phone will say the name of the caller as long as that person is in your phone directory which you input yourself. This is a great feature for my Grandma. I would recommend this product to others.

Outstanding phone. Purchased for my Mom 82 years old. She is hard of hearing. The phone has a flashing red light when it rings. Answering machine is awesome, very simple to use. Big buttons that light up bright. Best phone for the money I could find that is very user friendly.

I needed a new landline telephone and this one is good. It's sleek, the numbers are large when dialing out. It also repeats the numbers as you dial out. It tells you the person calling. The phone works good for me because I didn't need other external phones, just the one.

Nice phone. Works very well and is clear to hear everyone. It will announce the numbers as you push the number buttons which is a plus for someone who has trouble seeing. Easy to set up. The only thing I do not like is the message play back. The volume is so loud and you can’t turn it down to a reasonable level. Other than that it’s a nice system.

Landline Phones are becoming extinct, but for the few people left who need them (like my parents), this is a good phone. Easy to use, Easy to read, and not too many features to confuse. Sound quality is good, and battery life fantastic.

I had to replace my ancient answering machine and purchased this phone/answering system all-in-one. I was a bit afraid of it being too difficult to install but it wasn't. I has worked perfectly right off the bat and has plenty of features which I even haven't discovered yet. Very satisfied with the quality & ease of set up.

The phone has all the bells and whistles. You can record your personal message, it has a pager to find the phone if you have it off the base, it has a mute for the phone when it's ringing, it calls out the number or person who is calling when the phone rings, phone directory, pretty great for the price, and easy to hook up and get started.

I have not had a house phone or purchased one in years. I just needed one phone so this was a great fit for me with the assistance of the store associate. Easy to set up and user friendly. I like the fact that it has a built in answering machine and it doesn't take up a lot of space. You can't go wrong with an AT&T product.

The phone has great sound quality and I love hove the caller ID announces the number that is calling. I don't even have to be next to the phone and I still know who is called. It was a cinch to do the set up of the phone. The price was also a great value.

I'm pleased with the sound quality of this landline phone with built-in answering machine. It was really easy to set up. I love the digital display that shows the phone number of incoming calls. And it has a black and silver sleek design. A good purchase overall.

This is my first new cordless phone in 20+ years; the other was my very first and it finally died. I like this new phone. I tried out a number of phones to see how they would feel to hold, dial, etc. and this one feels good in my hand, the dialing feels solid. I like the caller ID announcement to decide if I want to answer; the announcement of numbers as I dial is a little creepy. Answering machine works well; directory features easy to use. The only thing uncomfortable was holding the phone during a long conversation and needing to use my hands to write, etc. Like most phones these days, it was hard to balance between my ear and shoulder. (I forgot there is a speaker feature I could have used.)

We had our old analog phone with answering machine give out and found this phone with answering machine and are very pleased with how simple it is to operate. The sound is clear and has an audio boost. You can set the phone to announce who is calling you, which is a feature we weren't looking for but really like. The cost of the phone was very reasonable..
