This is easy to set up. Easy to use and also has caller ID (for the most part)...as the call is coming in it will tell you in an odd robotic voice who or where the call is coming from. It takes up little desk space and calls are easy to delete and replay.

I wanted a talking caller id. There's not many options. This model has that feature and an answering machine, so I bought it. Everything works but I'm disappointed with the quality of the caller id announcement. It garbles the name of the caller enough that it's difficult to know who's calling, which of course is the purpose. It would be nice to have the option of having it speak the phone number instead, which I assume would be clearer. Anyway, I'm keeping it and getting used to associating its version of someone's name with who they really are.

Purchased this for my elderly mom and she loves it. Very easy to set up and operate. Big buttons, loud ringtone, easy to see bright display, and lightweight. The built in answering machine is very simple to use and messages play loud enough for her to easily hear. I am delighted with this purchase because mom is pleased. The adjustable volume on the phone itself is also very good with no need in shouting into the phone. Highly recommend for any age group but especially seniors!

Purchased this phone set to replace an old one and love the many features it has. It takes good messages, announces the caller and is compact taking up little room on the desk. The phone is well-made and easy to install.

Average phone with a lot of features. Handle has large numbers with large enough letters so as to make it easy to see. The ringer volume and answering machine volume can be adjusted to be quite or loud if needed. When some one calling, the phone - the computer voice reading the caller ID has a lot of pronunciation problems - so I did not find this very useful. The manual is easy to follow to set up or turn off any of these features.When dialing the numbers, numbers sometimes stick. Average phone with good silver/black color.

The phone was easy to set up and has excellent voice quality. I especially like the large easy to see number pads and that it will “speak” each number as you press the button- no chance for errors. Small size but looks good on my desk.

Simple easy to use although with highly advanced features. As always with Best Buy; great price.

better sound, clarity than panasonic new one had bought before this at&t one to replace my 1st panasonic that had good quality. the 2nd panasonic was not as good, clear - am hard of hearing. don't think this one has blue tooth, but volume does turn up very high and has equalizers to make the sound clearer. seems to work fine, started up as soon as plugged in. no problem w/messages.

I owned a number of cordless phones in the past. But, the AT&T CRL32102 is the best one I’ve owned. It was very easy to install, the sound is crystal clear and the answering machine is exceptional.

This phone was for a relative in a nursing home. It had the range and the volume necessary for use in a densely populated area. My uncle was happy with it's ease of use and big buttons. I would recommend it for any use.

Does the job well. Takes up much less space than my previous machine.

This phone was great for my 90 yr old mom. Large numbers to see and push. Easy set up for answering machine. Even a loud voice tell you who is calling before it starts ringing. She loves it!

Excellent phone with a lot of features that make it ideal for seniors or folks with various difficulties. The audio is very clear, plus it can be adjusted to increase treble or base if that makes it better for you. It has large numbers with large enough letters so as to make it easy to add names to the directory. The ringer volume and answering machine volume can be adjusted to be quite loud if needed. A red light illuminates when the phone is ringing. If so desired (and you have caller ID), you can set it up to announce who is calling - although the computer voice reading the caller ID has a lot of pronunciation problems - so I did not find this very useful. The manual is easy to follow to set up or turn off any of these features, although the menu options are pretty intuitive if you have ever used a similar phone in the past.

Bought this phone/answering machine to replace a 6 yr old Panasonic. This unit is basic, easy to set up, clean looking and has good quality on the messages left.

This hone handle is shorter than my previous AT&T phone. So it is harder for people on the other end to hear me. Plus the vol button does not go as high as my previous. I am keeping it, but i do not like it as much as my previous AT&T

This was certainly not a " big-buy" purchase but staff really helped me to make sure I got the proper product. They even took the time to explain how to set it up. (Not a big thing for anybody else, but for me...) For sure, in the future, if I need any electrical product I will be going back to Best Buy.

The old phone bombed after 20 yrs of duty, so was forced to buy one that day. Looked at several models and bought this one for the appearance and the features, and the price. Other models were available at nearly twice the price, but this one has big buttons for old eyes and a good display. the menus are easy to navigate, and the phone is just big enough - i hate tiny phones- too easy to lose and hold. Works great.

I brought this phone for my Mom and she loves it. The numbers are large like she likes them. It holds more voicemails. Call clarity is great.
