This was the easiest set up of a phone I've ever been through. Volume is great, and the size is just right; doesn't take up too much room.

Great features and easy setup

Instructions were clear and easy to follow, with great flexibility. You could (by default) have it extremely helpful or very basic. large numbers are a very nice feature. All in all I'm glad I made the purchase.

It's easy to set up, and the call quality has been pretty good. I would definitely recommend it for an older person. I love the call screening

I love the call announcement feature, letting you know who is calling. I like the large numbers and buttons on the phone and console as it needs to be in a place that isn't usually well lit. All-in-all, I'm very happy with it!

OK AT&T Cordless Phone

I already have a 4-handset previous AT&T model of this one. The phone is easy to setup, the audio quality is good, and it has excellent range. Only complaint is that the LEDs for the call counter could be a little brighter. Otherwise it is very easy to use.
