Purchased this after lightening took out our previous unit. This was the easiest set up of a phone I've ever been through. Volume is great, and the size is just right; doesn't take up too much room.

Phone was easy to install, and loaded with options. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, with great flexibility. You could (by default) have it extremely helpful or very basic. large numbers are a very nice feature. All in all I'm glad I made the purchase.

Handset locator works very well, makes the phone easy to find, Caller ID built-in, just wonderful. It's easy to set up, and the call quality has been pretty good. I would definitely recommend it for an older person. I love the call screening

I was looking for a simple, phone that had easy access and functionality with a message machine. I love the call announcement feature, letting you know who is calling. I like the large numbers and buttons on the phone and console as it needs to be in a place that isn't usually well lit. All-in-all, I'm very happy with it!
