I initially purchased a V-Tech which I returned. The CID window was very dark. You could barely see who was calling. I love this phone because the illumination is great. It announces the caller. The numbers are large and the reception is very clear. I am very pleased and highly recommend this product. My aunt bought one because I raved about it.

I needed a new cordless phone for the kitchen. I already have a 4-handset previous AT&T model of this one. The phone is easy to setup, the audio quality is good, and it has excellent range. Only complaint is that the LEDs for the call counter could be a little brighter. Otherwise it is very easy to use.

I purchased this phone because I liked the idea that it called out the name of the person calling. If I'm in the kitchen or any place where I can't see my TV screen I can hear whose calling and know whether or not to pick up the phone. In nowadays, we get so many robo calls. I purchased one for my 86 year old mom too. She mentioned that the #'s of the caller go so fast from the TV screen that she won't pick up the phone unless they leave a message. By hearing the callers name she knows whether or not to pick up the phone. She both are enjoying the phones.

The item is compact and provides good basic service. It meets our needs as we mainly depend upon our hand held cell phones.

Solid land line phone. I bought this for my parents (88 and 93 yrs old) to replace one very much like it that the keypad had worn out enough to be annoying. This phone has better speaker phone quality than the one it replaced. The ringer is *plenty* loud even on the lowest setting (can be turned off completely if desired). It does announce caller ID info which is handy as well. The option to play back at 1/2 speed is also nice for listening to messages from fast talkers. If you must have a land line, this is a handy phone for it.

I bought this phone for my 98-year-old mother who has arthritic fingers and is hard of hearing. I was delighted to find out that she can hear with it, even without her hearing aids. It was a good buy for the price.

We purchased this product not to long ago but so far its met our expectations. The big numbers help my elderly mother easily dial, the sound quality is good, and the phone has good range. My only peeve, unless I'm missing the function, is that is doesn't have a phone finder button. Being a cordless it can be left anywhere and sometimes hard to find. Other than this the phone is Great for the price.

I love the size and appearance of my AT&T phone. Everything lights up, the caller is announced. The lighted number keys are 1/2 inches high. Carry it with me room to room all day, then rest it in the charger all night. Adjustable volume is very handy. It's all I need in a simple to use phone. Love it, and the price! Thank you Best Buy!

I bought this phone for my mother in law. It is easy to setup and easy to program. The phone has big numbers for dialing. You can turn the volume way up so when the phone rings you can be in another room and you will hear it. The answering machine works well. ATT makes a good phone.

Accurate description of the product. It was easy to swap out the old one (different product and manufacturer) and install this new one. Efficient, unambiguous design. Intuitive set up. Just what I needed and better quality than the previous phone I owned.

The sound is clear. Easy to set up. Buttons are big for my in laws to see. The answering machine is easy to set up also.

Love the options for announcing, ability to make conversations louder for those who need it, multiple ringers, display and setup was easy. Only problem I have encountered is the lack of blocking calls...unless of course, I can't figure that out. Not for the lack of looking.

I am very pleased with this phone. I like the caller ID feature. I like that the numbers are large in size to read. This is the 2nd phone that I have purchased of this kind. I would definitely buy this phone again, if given the need.

So far the phone works well and is fairly easy to use and set up. It was the the only cordless phone of it's kind at Best Buy, so I bought it and am happily satisfied with the sound and many options it offers.

This is a great phone. This is the second one we’ve purchased. The first one lasted so long. It is so easy to use.
