I am enjoying the benefits of having a new answering machine! For the first time ever, I can clearly see how many messages I have when I come home. In the past, I had to walk up and look down to see how many messages were there when I had my old machine. Also, I love the big buttons! No more misdialing! Thanks Best Buy!

very easy to use, good design,price,very good quality

We got this phone for someone who needs larger buttons to be able to dial phone numbers. This phone was perfect. Easy to use basic features and we were able to set up the more advanced answer machine functions and directory of 50 frequent phone numbers very easily and quickly.

This particular phone had everything we needed -- answering system, speaker, caller ID, etc. and was not bundled with what we did not need - multiple handsets, etc. The keys are larger and very clear and it works and looks great.Set up was very simple.

I love this phone and the feature that announces who is calling or the number that is calling. The answering system is very easy to set up. I just wanted one phone, even though there were others that came with additional phones. AT& T made a great product.

Good not only for sound quality but easy to see....Senior Citizen size. Bought this for our VFW POST office. Works great!

This little phone is great! For a land phone it is the top. It can do all types of things. I especially love the announcement of who is calling. I know the need of a land phone is waning and not much to choose from, but I didn't feel like I had to settle. If I needed a phone such as this I wouldn't choose any other.

I like the big numbers because I have Parkinsons. I like that it had the answering machine and speaker phone on it. The select menu took some experimenting, but barely used the manual overall. I also had to use the audio quality.

Best house phone ever. Bought for my elderly mother, clear info on handset, nice ring tone, it announces who is calling. Easy to hold! Looks very chic!

Numbers on phone is excellent for seniors have trouble seeing small number and letters. Answering system excellent and caller ID properly displayed

Thankfully, AT&T didn't redesign landline phones too much through the years. I had similar (compared to newer models) AT&T phones for many years until they wore out. Regretfully, for my new set of phones, I bought Panasonic. After a few months, I grew so frustrated that I put them all in a drawer and ordered AT&T. They smoothly transitioned and worked well with two of my older phones. I now have my new and old models all over the house, and I love them.

Very easy to use phone, I mounted it on my wall and it looks great. I love that the phone reads the incoming callers ID, so now I don't have to rush to see who is calling. I highly recommend this cordless phone / answering system.

Purchased for an elder aunt who has vision and hearing problems. Buttons are easy to see and press. Sound decent for conversation.
