It's awfully light in weight. Too easy to drop due to this.

The dial tone repeats with each button pressed. Unable to change. Also, when dialing a number that requires selecting another number for transfer, it doesn't work. Unfortunately, I only discovered this one day ago. Additionally, the phone has no "Redial" button.

The phone is generally fine but it doesn't have the talking caller ID as advertised. When I chatted with Best Buy support they just wanted me to bring it in to the store. I just wan the phone to do what it says it does. Disappointing.

The phone set up was easy, also the phone look to be well built but it still has a lot of static while talking.

The base unit would not charge the phone. Returned to store and swapped for another. Second base unit worked as designed. Expansion unit wold not sync with base. Tried everything. Took expansion unit back to store and swapped for another. New expansion unit synced up no issues. Currently everything is working satisfactorily. Great sound and excellent range.

After 4 months, quality of calls has been almost unusable. I have voice through AT&T fiber and should work well with this phone. Had a technician come out and was able to replicate. Even the technician sAid this model of phone has had similar issues with the voice service

Does what a cordless phone should, but I thought it had a blinking light to notify me there was a voicemail message waiting. It doesn't. Was told by a sales person it did after he read the box. It only has a hard to read text indication. Not really what I wanted.

Phones charged up real fast, but there is so much static on these phones. I have unplugged and recharged them and the static is still there. The more I talk the louder the static.

The numbers and letters are to light and small not good for older person to see. Plus in the sun you can not read both number and letters, The bottom line is it not good for older to buy if they want to see who is calling them. I wish I would got just a caller id box

wish we would of checked out reviews first, not the best phone. hard to hear with it. If you move the person on the other end can't hear.

handset battery can go from fully charged to empty in the course of a 20 minute call, not very useful in my opinion. otherwise works fine. as usual menu is not at all intuitive

AT&T - EL51203 Dect 6.O Expandable Cordless Phone System - Silver is not the best cordless phone on the market. The lighting on these phones are poor you can barely see the digits when you try to make a phone call.

Caller ID is disappointing. Would NOT recommend this product!

Poor quality, but it is the best quality for the price. Cheap plastic. Unbalanced phone in the cradle. Poor receiver sound. Poor mic quality. TOO lightweight.
