Didn't receive my digital card through email would like to get it replaced

I didn't want this card. I was just trying to refill my A T & T phone card

try out the new service, but why $65 card cost more then $65?

Nothing about ordering a prepaid card form Best Buy is easy. Credit card gets put on hold, every time i try to order. Verification never works. Changing account details never works. all you wanna do is buy a refill card and nothing works without pulling out your hair. The refill cards also charge service fees too. Other vendors don't do that, Total trash experience buy online here at, Best Buy.

Same as paying a bill with debit/ credit but having a besybuy card makes this purchase rewarding

I was trying to pay my AT&T phone bill and I didn't receive the card for 48+ hours meaning my phone would have been turned off so I had to drive to the AT&T store to pay my bill. Your gift card selection should be immediately after purchase. Not two (2) days later.

It just took long to get the code. I think it should be faster since it is digital delivery

There is really no savings on this product, only reason why it was an attractive buy was because it appears to be quick and easy but in reality the digital download doesn't work and its been 2 weeks since i made my purchase and no download!

I spoke with someone on the phone and given by her the impression I was purchasing a a gift card that I could give to friends for birthday/Christmas & that they could spend on anything they wanted.

unfortunately it took way too long to get the email for the code.

can not get the e mail that was sent with the code.

You think the fact that is digital you can load it in seconds, but nope. Went to store and pick something else and pick up the physical card and got home and bang.I needed at that specific time. I got the coad in 6 hours later but It was to late. Old School did the job for my needs.

It took over 48 Hours for the code to turn up, ended up going to the AT&T store to get it.

Got for gift and they cant use the card and now i cant get refund

AT&T Discriminates against people who have prepaid instead of a contract. I am unable to use my data and I’ve called AT&T 5 times still no help!

It takes over an hour to get the digital reload car fulfill and that is ridiculous

Took 6 hours to get the pin, after being told it has already been sent as soon as I purchased it. 10/10 Would not recommend.

Its been 5 hours and my order still in processing! This is ridiculous

You guys Rob me and I never got my card so I'll never buy anything for you guys ever again and I'm going to report this

Both say they have been spent yet only my phone is on and my girlfriends isnt. No I didn't double load the same phone. I will change this review if problem is resolved soon.
