    seamless way to load onto my prepaid cell. it was my first time, mind u, that i loaded a “refill” payment. wasnt sure if i did it correctly, but found out at a certain hour the reload restarted my plan (vs me thinkin it was immediately at midnite) all good unless u ran out of data b4 the reload started back up

    Went to Att to purchase both sum card and time for my moto G7. They told me they needed the phone to purchase both. I said I'm going back to best buy and walked out. Best buy was the best got both and didn't need to bring the phone

    Best Buy team is consistently helpful, and that means a lot. I’ve been a customer of this store for over 12 years and I have never been let down. Geek squad falls a bit short in comparison to the rest of the staff if I’m being honest.
