Great little phone but not easy to update contacts

We had to add her 30ish contacts it was annoying due to predictive text and no easy way to disable. I was able to find how for each name added.. what a pain to add numbers. I’m on the fence on recommending, it’s perfect for what she uses it for but got to be an easier way to add contacts

Weak battery

I bought this in September and battery already died. Phone got real hot and now it will not charge the battery. Phone cost me $45, replacement battery cost as much as $25????

uses chines software that uses more power and room

The Geek Squad representative was very helpful!

It would have been 9 days away, but I needed help sooner. I set it us with you. The Geek Squad agent was excellent. I later talked with a computer expert who helped me take care of my problem. I returned to Best Buy and cancelled the visit from the Geek Squad. Again the agent was very friendly and helpful.
