Customers are saying

Customers love the LG Phoenix 2 for its affordable price, great camera quality, and ease of use. Many appreciate the large screen size and good battery life, along with the expandable storage. However, some find the placement of the power button on the back inconvenient and note that the phone has limited RAM. The phone's design and lightweight feel are also frequently praised.

I've never purchased a phone this cheap and actually used it. If I buy phones this cheap, I just them for nonsense. I have actually used this phone. Also AT&T unlocks the phone if you don't activate it on the cellular network. Screen is a little under saturated and 1.5GB RAM is low but for a phone at this price, I wouldn't expect anything better.

Phone is fast and easy to use. Great camera and twice the storage on this phone as advertised. When i asked for this phone and said what the storage was the sales person did not believe me. When they got phone out and read it they looked at me and said wow. Great price for this phone love it!!

Quad core phone, 16gb, 1.5gb RAM THAT would be enough, but it's a great phone. Plenty of practical app space Sounds awesome in calls on both ends. Nice microphone, nice speaker. Not a lot of boost and what there is has a small footprint. Smooth implementation of Android 6. I bought this phone as a WiFi phone, for when my trusty Galaxy S5 runs out of battery. I got The Phoenix 2 for $29 on Black Friday, and I bought a second for my girlfriend to use as an upgrade to her Maven go phone. We both love this so much that it practically never leaves our hands. The camera is great, quick, but very grainy. I can't complain for the price. In my opinion this is the best phone available now for under a hundred bucks. You will not regret your purchase. It has a small capacity battery, but it lasts forever on standby, and it charges very quickly. I want a fee more of these phones. It's a great phone. Very lightweight, too. It will not weigh down your pocket nor purse.

Got this phone because it has a removable battery. When I saw the great black Friday sale I could not pass it up. I am new to android phones so far no issues at all, I did lots of research and this is a good phone not high end or cheap. The 16GB storage is ok 32GB would be better. 1.5GB ram does the job. The quad core processor is fast and camera is ok. My old 32GB memory card worked ok, But you need a Nano simm card for AT&T. No lockups or problems got a case and skin for it online. Would recommend this phone as a primary or a backup. I picked up two of them. The buttons on the back are nice and the size is good, Also the phone is very light. Battery life is ok not the best but if you adjust screen brightness and blackout time it helps also you can pick up a spare battery for 12 dollars on EBay and swap it anytime. Charges pretty fast also.

I simply love this LG Phoenix 2 smartphone. The price is right, it comes with Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box, has NFC for Android Pay, equipped with 16GB of total nternal memory (not 8GB as listed), has expandable microSD storage for media (I popped in a 64GB microSD card without any problems), has a great, crisp 720P HD display, has a removable battery, and looks much more premium than it's actual price. On the cons, the battery could be larger, but the power management of this phone is pretty good, so it does last through a typical day for me. Also, the 8MP main camera could be better in low light, but for daylight photos, it's very good quality.

This phone is very good, and includes 16 GB of storage, instead of the stated 8 GB, which is great. The size is very good and both the rear and front facing cameras take very good pictures. The call volume and sound is very strong when answering a call. The overall features are very good for this phone. The battery is the one down side to this phone.

8mp camera which is pretty sharp,16gb internal storage just enough to not be annoying after installing a few apps, quad core processor handles most anything thrown at it without much slowdown. Much better than its sibling k7 and tribute 5. A great value with awesome sound quality to and from when making calls. Great price for what you get too, but If you can catch it on sale BUY IT!

For the price I paid which was on sell, it's a really nice phone and it does not seem that cheap to me for the price. It feels nice in the hand and the back is like a anti slip back cover that come's off which is really nice and the battery can be replaced. Plus you can add a memory card to the phone, now days most phones are not like that. The phone does not look like a cheap go phone, it looks more expensive and it has the new android marshmallow 6.0 operating system. Great phone if you don't want to do a monthly payment plan and pay 6 or 700 dollars for a phone.

Cameras are awesome....has NFC......has 16GB......click together to share info with other LG's.....not a real big phone but big enough......the only Con is the volume when you are talking on the phone seems to be too low.....but for taking selfies, games and social media it's decent......sharp looking too.....tuff to beat when on sale!

A wonderful value - 16GB of internal memory as stated on the packaging and 1.5 GB of RAM for multitasking. Phone is slim and looks a little like the Galaxy S7 in shape. Better 8MP camera than usually found on a prepaid phone. Only flaw - a battery that will last a day with battery saver engaged, but at least it is a removable battery!

This LG cell has surprisingly good rear facing 8MP camera and decent front 5 MP camera that has fun effective lighting for selfies and voice activated functions. Phoenix 2 has average amounts of pre-installed bloatware apps that take upto 7 GB of 16 GB internal memory. LG has average quad core snap dragon processor that's capable of efficiently handling most regular operations. Unfortunately this cell phone has a few glitches and shortcomings that make it not worthy of a five-star rating. First the camera takes exceptional high quality pictures however when zooming it takes blurry and grainy poor quality photos. The LG processor does enable multi-tasking but lags and becomes sluggish if multiple functions are operating simultaneously the performance is diminished. Overall for the price this phone far exceeds my expectations but buyer beware this is not a $600 model cell phone but you should be pleasantly pleased with what it offers.
