I have a company paid for mobile phone plan where I have to supply the device. I needed a more capable phone, and found that this phone met my needs and even though it is listed as a pre-paid phone I was able to use the SIM card from my company paid AT&T account with no problem. The phone is well made and easy to set up.

I've had my phone for 3 weeks and noticed sometimes the wifi and bluetooth buttons don't function properly. I will be connected to my home wifi all day and then I look at my phone and its no longer connected. I try to click the wifi button and it won't turn on. Almost like its stuck but everything else on the phone works. I have to completely restart my phone to connect back to wifi. The exact same things happens with the bluetooth function. I initially noticed it because I was trying to turn on my bluetooth and couldn't. I didn't pay that much for it so I can't get too mad but so far everything else is good.

I would have given 5 stars but for my age, the new phones are still a little complicated. Would be the same for any new phone. Camera is great and phone is too.

I bought this because it was well priced and fits a need. For the cost, it is a great deal but not the best out there, but again, it doesn’t cost the same as the best out there. It does what it is supposed to do and works.

Good cell phone for everybody to use, and it's so simple to activate as well as figure out how to use it in my everyday life. Definitely recommend it to everybody around who needs cell phone.

Good for the price but the bluethootg dont work. Can't connect to a ear buds. Dont find any device. And dificukt to program. But for the rest its a good iption for a kid.

Bought this as a temporary phone when my husbands unexpectantly crashed. He has liked it so much that he has decided to keep using it. He uses it for business and personal use.

Takes a little getting used to because turn on button is in different place. Also return and home buttons are on screen not on border. But seems to be faster than my old one so a good deal for me.

I like the budget smartphone market. This phone replaces my LG Phoenix. I would have given it four stars but the battery life is dismal compared to the LG. Otherwise, it is a normal budget sector smartphone. The good: Phone audio is good, speaker audio is clear, good camera, touch screen is responsive. Not so good: Battery life, battery indicator doesn't show percentage life on the main screen (you can see the % if you swipe down). No fingerprint lock/unlock.

About $100 bucks. Small. Low memory had to buy 2 memory cards. Battery doesn't last long you have to keep charging it. One day it said 100% when I took it off the charger and 5-20 minutes later without using it it said 53% and 5 minutes later 5% then within seconds it died completely and wouldn't recharge. Seems my data is lost. The phone is only 1 year and barely 5 months so just past the 1 year warranty this why it is pointless to buy the 1- year warranty. They only make them to last a short period to force you to repurchase. Cheap quality. These phones are only worth $25 -$35. The sound quality is the 1st to go or 2nd to go after you've exhausted the low memory. I don't recommend Samsung products. I've had several over the years both phones and tablets. It's usually the power ports that go bad. Samsung may fix that but it takes weeks and they wipe all your data. I had that problem 3x already with 2 Samsung tablets and a phone.

The phone is perfect for what I needed and setting it up and transferring from my last phone was a breeze ! Came with new and very helpful And user friendly apps. Just recommended it to my nephew who is also very pleased with his purchase.

Phone is perfect for a 8 year old no need for expensive phone. Get them this one and monitor how they take care of it. That way u know they are eligible for a more high end phone

I waited a long time to update my phone from a galaxy s4 to an s9+. So glad I did. No more running out of memory, photo quality is good, and so many other improvements. Only thing I don't like is that every app I use is full of ads.

I like the OS . I like the volume on both ends. I can hear the other person can hear. Thats what I like most about the phone. It's easy for me to text or call.

wanted a better than basic phone without spending big bucks this did the trick!

This phone even as a beginner phone still works great, able to do everything I need it for. Battery life seems a bit low but I’m also learning more about it and you can change power settings to make the battery last longer.

I had been using an old cell phone over the years. Decided it would be good to check out the available new Smart phones at Best Buy not really intending to buy that day. After explaining to the sales representative what I wanted she immediately showed me the Samsung Galaxy J2 Dash phone. It was the upgrade that was just what I desired and at a reasonable cost. I get everything that an expensive Apple iPhone would give except that the pictures it takes are not excellent but are good. I pay AT&T $25 a month to stay connected. Great deal!

Bought this phone for a friend who has never used a smartphone. This is a good one to start with. It has all the basic features and is not difficult to use. Besides, it's a Samsung and at an affordable price!

Good phone to take pictures, text and talk. The emoji's are not compatible with the iPhone. Sending texts to someone using emoji's come out like question marks. This is the only thing that I do not like about the phone.

I bought this for my husband who never wanted a smartphone. He actually likes it. It's easy to use and a great all around phone for someone who doesn't want or need all the bells and whistles.
