Do NOT purchase a SIM card through ATT for any mobile hotspot devices. It was the absolute worse experience I've had - no payments went through after trying 11 different times with carious credit cards. Tried contacting customer service multiple times and no one would help. I will never be using ATT again after this horrific experience.

Unfortunately, i was advised by a store employee that this card was needed. It is not. So i had to have a ATT store associate charge me again. I was told this item is not refundable.

Worked exactly life or should have, was able to transfer a phone number from a different provider to a new phone. Customer service to set up was also superb.

I had a Galaxy S10e that blacked out on me and in the event of trying to get my original sim card to work in a Moto G (that wasn't an ATT carrier or unlocked phone...the lady I talked to at ATT to activate the new device had provisioned my SIM wrong n then said I could only fix it by visiting the ATT store, so I went ahead n got an ATT phone and this kit either fine.

The first prepaid sim card i purchased was lost/stolen. The next sim card was a $10 att prepaid. I was led bto believe i would get basic service , after adding the card to my prepaid account, it did nothing. No calls, text, not even add on data. I was told by customer service that the card was not enough to do anything , it could only be saved to my account, i would have to add $20 more, minimum to activate any kind of service. My phone was los/stolen, i did not get to activate the sim card i purchased, $10, also did not get to use $10 phone card plan that t purchased, therefore i am requesting a possible refund, also i only have an ATT prepaid pay as you go account, but i keep receivng AATT phone bills, now up to around $400 dollars. i need someone from ATT to nreview my account, account number 534310636736
