Purchased to replace an old flip-phone for my mother. She quickly learned how to text, take photos, and surf the internet. It comes pre loaded with many apps which are unnecessary. She needed a basic smartphone and thsi fit the bill perfectly.

My husband lost his phone riding his motorcycle. So we had to get another. So far it is a great phone. We are learning the new options. This phone screen is smaller than the other phone but we are adjusting. Best buy always is the best store.

Phone has tons of features for the low price, only bad thing is that it gets a bit hot after continued use.

Does dot support wifi calling. Otherwise works nice as a backup phone

Only 8 gig but it's a good phone. Bought for my mother to replace a broken and aging small smart phone. Has a nice feel and large screen size. Comes preloaded with some useful apps.

Just seller at the store are not very good.They treat people that buy this type of phone really bad,Miami beach Miki is rhe name of the girl who she call her sel the manager.
