This phone is wonderful and does everything well beyond expectations. It's capabilities are above similar phones on the market. It's only limitation is that the cell phone option is only for Androids. Honestly the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I've been in the market for some time for just the right second landline with a cordless - This Is It. It is sleek, and has all of the features, plus some, that I want and need. The ergonomics are also on point. This is my phone for the living room and the kitchen (cordless). I'm good now.

Bought this for our new business. We have 2 phone lines and a cell phone and we wanted to capture all the cell phone calls, and the back lines, and this box does it all. Tells you who is calling audibly, records messages for all the lines separately, setup took 5 minutes, most of that was removing it from the packaging.

THis is a great set. Cell connects to the main base easily . Nice look too. I would recommend to people with home office.

a bit more difficult to use than previous one. Just have to get used to it. Cordless phone was difficult at first, but I think I have it figured out. Owners manual needs to be a bit more detailed

With mobile phones being the rage with the kids these days, I wasn't sure I could find a phone that uses a wire. Not sure what works better the cord (5/5) or the phone (5/5). Overall a 10/10 experience, answer calls, make calls, whatever!.

There are not many choices when it comes to simple plug in phones for home or office. Most people seem to use cell phones so choice is limited. This one is as good as any.

Bought to replace my office phone. Issues with Bluetooth as it will not connect with iPhone 7. The controls are not set up as easily as prior at & t phone as directory review requires extra button pushes to scroll.

Having some trouble getting used to the Caller ID feature on the desk phone? And the features are a little confusing! I have to read the directions each time I need to do something on this phone! Feeling quite stupid and these are my 10th set of phones being a long time business owner? Hope I can figure this out.

the directions for setting it up were very difficult . I had to call for tech support and they also had difficulty

I love the way it works with the answering machine

No instruction book, was flying blind with the two easy(?) setup sheets. Nice picture and sound with internal speakers.. Still do not have sound bar working.

I wish there was a cordless handset on the base unit but I can live with it. It's worked fine for my business. It's better than the one I had before.

This phone is a great small office phone that also gives you that ability to connect with your cell phone. I don't use the voice mail on the phone as I have that through Verizon but very easy to turn off. Also has a USB to charge your phone.
