Good sound quality. Does not have speaker functionality.

I wanted a hard wired phone in case of a power outage. This little phone is perfect. It's small enough to place anywhere. The voice quality and reception are great.

It's a phone with caller ID. Not a speakerphone. It just works.

I find this phone a great simple answer to helping my Stepfather who has early onset Alzheimer's. It is kind of a throwback with big numbers and familiar to use for him.

So far no problem. Only hope it last as long as the original AT&T phones

This is an old style phone but it is a quality product. If you don't care about the bells and whistles then this is the one for you.
