Works well if all you need is a land-line phone to make and receive calls..

This corded phone was purchased as backup to our cordless unit in case of power failure. The size is perfect as it sits on a night stand. It's very light with all-plastic housing. The buttons are easy to press. The biggest negative (for me) is the lack of lighting on the display. That is so cheap to skimp on that.

I bought this phone to hang on my kitchen wall asa replacement phone. Unfortunately, due to the length of the internal cord, I could not get it to hang on the wall. I even tried screwing the screws out more, but that didn’t work. I had to return the phone.

First phone was a good bargain and for my needs. Had to get a second one in a different color!

I had one of these before but dropped it. Display didn't work after that. Hopefully this one is sturdier

I bought this as a replacement of the exact same phone that developed a problem. It worked great and was installed in a few minutes. Nice screen but a little small but does what we need just fine.

Great for seniors who may need access to a phone when electricity goes out.

Hang on wall or put on table. Looks great. Caller ID is hard to read. should be bigger or clearer.

efficient, streamline, landline phone ideal when space is narrow or limited. Has same features as larger landline phones. reasonably priced.

Needed to keep a corded phone in the house to use in case of a power outage and testing the DSL line.

Phone works well, a little hard to hang up when wall mounted.

Background: my wife bought two of these phones so we would always know where one is (our cordless phones get left all over the place by our kids, making it hard to answer a call before the answering machine picks up). So the only thing that is good about this phone is that it is physically wired into an outlet. Now the bad things: the cord is to short to really be useable. The phone is ultra light, which makes it not seat correctly frequently (when these phones are not all the way hung up, it not only doesn't allow you to receive calls on the wired phone but all phones on that line - this need to ensure phones being hung up properly is from a past era that a lot of people aren't currently used to). The buttons don't diall consistently. The caller ID doesn't work. I wouldn't have bought these.

This phone was easy to set up and use. It has a good audio sound for older people.

What can I say, it's a phone and it works. Plug it in and if the wiring is good you have a dial tone .

In case of an emergency, this basic phone gives me all that I require.

I got this phone for my mom.It was a good price and the phone was attractive.The design was slimline and attractive.The only problem that my mom has with it is the sound.I have the ringer turned up as loud as it can go, and she still has a hard time hearing it ring if she is not in the room with it.That is the only problem with the phone.The ringer is not loud enough.

Only problem is no backlight. Cannot see the caller ID without additional light
