phone is just okay. biggest problem is that it does not have a light to show who is calling. can't see the incoming call when room is dark. there sometimes is background noise. since I couldn't find another corded phone this had to do.

We were looking for a wired phone, and this one fit the bill just fine.

Have wall phone use this trim line when on wall it works for many months maybe years but catch wears on phone and it hits the ground so buy warranty

Good phone for 92 year old mother. The price fit her budget.

When holding phone by your ear, the on/off button is so close to the edge that you'll inadvertently touch it with the ear and disconnect your call. It is positively unusable. Unfortunately I threw away the box the day I bought it not expecting to have any trouble with the simplest of phones.

At least they had a land line phone that plugs into a phone jack, I give Best Buy credit for that. But, the phone is very difficult to use as a wall mount. Poor design and weak sound. Only buy this phone if it is your only option, like it was for us.

Bought this phone for the bedroom. As phones go, it works ok. Main complaint is that the base comes off of the table when you answer it. The base is lightweight plastic. Would rather have found a heavier phone like I replaced for a land line.

I have a wireless system that does not have a battery back-up. So, I bought this phone as a back up to use if power goes out. I will not use this phone on a daily basis. This is such an old model that it should be priced under $10.00

The phone works good. The display is rather small. It makes a good second phone.

Base has no weight, so when you pick up the phone, you get the whole thing. The coiled cord acts as a spring to pull the base and cord up into the air every time. Annoying, but the only corded phone Best Buy had.

I bought the phone with the expectation for getting caller Ids. Cant’t read the # calling clearly. There is no way to identify a # with a name on the directory.

This phone was very easy to assemble but I’m unable to get the speaker to work on it. I’ll have to bring it back to Best Buy and exchange it...

This phone is passable for a basic phone. I purchased it for a sick friend who was in a nursing home. Unfortunately, the bottom surface that is on the table is curved so it slides off the table whenever the listening piece is removed from its cradle. It is infuriating, especially for a bed-bound person.
