Do not buy thisThis is the worst phone I’ve ever had

When receiver held close to base a loud squeal happens. Works OK otherwise.

I wouldn't buy it again, don't really like it. It's hard to read the caller ID

Best Buy dropped the ball on this one. Item had been returned & put back on the shelf for purchase with no coil cord and inoperable. Because I was a day behind returning the item, they would neither replace or return the item.

A garbage phone. The incoming number does not show. We regret buying this. It was an emergency purchase and we blame ourselves for this mistake. This is a bad product.

this phone was a bad purchase. It would disconnect when it was answered because the on/off button is in a very bad place. I returned it, and BB gave me a bad time returning it. After complaining they did take it back.

This phone was advertised to be able to hang on wall but phone receiver would not stay in cradle. I returned it.

The phone was purchased as a replacement, so I know the outlet works correctly. The phone rings, however all you hear is static. It does not work on any outlet. It is of no use to us and money wasted.

Frequently get static so bad that the other party can’t hear you. It’s a cheap phone, and the quality reflects that.

I wanted a land-line for power outages. This phone squealed when I picked up the receiver, and was so light-weight the base fell off the table when picking up the receiver. I returned to the store.

after I put batteries in it, it just showed "line in use" even when it wasn't plugged into the jack. and it was down on the base. I returned this to the store.

I bought this to have a hard wired phone in the house. Very disappointed that the caller id is very small and night too bright. I returned the item.
