He directed me to the cell phones. I told him I needed a phone that connects to the wall in the house. He just gave me a deer in the headlights look and had no answer. Another sales associate came over and educated him on home phones. Good phone for someone that's old school and still wants a landline.

Hard to find wall mount phones anymore
