I bought this phone for my dad who is hard of hearing, and he can hear good on this phone even without hearing aids. I do wish the cord to receiver was a little longer.

Works fine, lightweight not expensive. Great bedroom phone.

The phone works well and mounts easily on wall. Also, the phone looks good and is space efficient (does not take up much space). The volume control and sound quality are good. Overall impression is this phone is quite good and meets my needs for a wall mountable phone.

It worked ok for my elderly dad. Easy for him to use.

Nice phone, but you will need batteries for the display/CID to work. Comes with a mount for wall use.

Just installed this little phone on my finished basement wall. I used 2 screws rather than the complicated way they suggest. Only wish the screen has a better view, No light. Still this has all the incoming numbers stored properly. Easy to use. Great phone.

Very good sound quality. Shape, weight, and comfort in hand is very good. Lacks lighted keypad. Display is somewhat difficult to read.

I am so happy to again have a desk set/table telephone on my desk. I can dial easily, I can hear better, I can work on my computer or calculator more easily. I am really thrilled to swap my cordless for this one at my desk.

Top of the line corded phone. Clear readable caller ID, Slim profile. Excellent sound. Flashing red light when line in use (nice feature). Have had another exact phone for the past 10 years and it is still going strong. This phone was purchased to replace another brand.

This phone is just want we wanted with a cord. It does everything that we need. Shows who is calling as well. It is nice and slim without being bulky. We hung it on the wall with ease.

I was looking for a small wall mounted phone with caller ID and not expensive and Best Buy had exactly what I wanted.and very inexpensive. Now I can see who is calling and not be disturbed by those annoying telemarketers. Thanks Best Buy!!!

We needed a corded phone with a screen to indicate caller ID. Since we had a good digital device to record missed-call messages, we did not want to pay extra to duplicate that feature. This AT&T Trimline Phone hit the spot. Its' only shortcoming is the lack of back lighting for the LCD screen, making it difficult to read caller ID information under low-light conditions.

It is hard to still find land lines in these times but this was just the right size and had the features I was looking for .

It's OK as a phone, but I bought it for the caller ID, and it's not the greatest for that. The display is not illuminated, and the characters are kind of small and narrow, so I find it hard to read without extra light. If I were buying again, I'd choose something else.

This phone has simple voicemail retrieval and caller id on the back. Cord was to short though had to change it out.

Very few full-featured land-line phones remain on the market. This is one of the better ones, with good reliability. Sound quality is fine. Display is easily readable, but is not backlit. The previous AT&T model 265 Trimline phone with Caller ID / Call Waiting was more robust than this phone, but unfortunately, it is no longer available.

This is a really bad phone and for $2 more you can get a Vtech cordless. First off, the phone doesn't charge as it's battery operated. The cord is too short so you have to sit right in front of it to use it. It's clunky, it doesn't sit straight on ant service and BEst Buy only gives you 14 days to return it to get your money back so don't waste it on this phone. Get a vtech at Target for $21.99. Best Buy used to have good customer service but now they just don't. I'm shopping Amazon for my big screen Oled TV. They give you 30 days to return anything!

Nice, clear the caller ID display. Easy hook up. Works well.

I got this phone after spending countless dollars on cheap dollar store phones. The price was within my budget and so far no problems. I did have to change the cord for a longer extention from the wall outlet. The sound is clear and the ringer is good and loud. Good landline phone. I did not give 5 stars because no lightup display for incoming calls or keypad, so if no light can not see to dial in the dark.
