Excellent phone. Was disappointed that it requires AA batteries to use some of the features. A better design would have used the 9 volt battery. AA and AAA have been the death of too many great devices. Good thing I didn't purchase it for the other features.

Nice, inexpensive little phone. It's so light and the handset cord is so short that picking up to answer pulls the whole phone off the table. Would be better wall mounted but that's not my use. Got a longer handset cord and now I can answer without pulling it off the table. Also, got a call wanting me to press 1 or 2 in response to a survey I wanted to answer. Apparently the survey did not recognize the press on 1 that I made. Tried 4 times before the survey gave up and hung up. Keeping it though since it serves my main purpose as an extension landline in our bedroom.

Too lightweight

Why do phone designers insist on making the body of the phone so light that you cannot answer the phone without the phone lifting off of the table surface? Or at least include some velcro or something so that we can attach it. I know that corded landlines are quickly becoming extinct, but for the few that are left, please make the base heavier. I'm sure the phone is fine otherwise, but everytime I answer it the base flies off of the nightstand. Bahhh!

I like the phone. But I have to be careful with it. I like to wrap my finger around the receiver, but the buttons are on the inside of the receiver and I have accidently disconnected a
few calls by wrapping my fingers too far around the receiver.
