I bought this phone for my mother that has early stage dementia. Technology has just become to much for her. This phone is easy for her to use, better yet, easy for even someone with Alzheimer's to operate.

I needed a good back up phone in case my cordless phones didn't work during a power outage. Since this one is a direct connect to the telephone normal pots lines it works without any additional power needed

Great phone for the price. Basic with Caller ID. Not much more than that!

The phone fits in perfectly with my décor. The caller ID is easy to read.

I needed to replace the phones in my home. I bought a set that can be carried from place to place, but that option has too many features. I also bought two of these basic phones so that visitors (especially my parents) can have a simple option to use. My mother says she just wants to be able to dial a number and get the person. She does not want to have to push buttons to talk or answer. She just wants to pick up the phone and say hello. This phone is a good basic phone.

This is a good basic, inexpensive corded phone with caller ID. However, unlike earlier models, it does not flash for incoming calls, which was helpful since the phone is in a bedroom with the ringer frequently turned off. Also, someone decided to "improve" the styling and make it slanted. Unfortunately, this also makes it top heavy and the base falls over when you lift the receiver. It would have been nice if the quality control people had noticed that defect in design before putting it into production.

Works as described and it's of good quality, price is low as well.

Very basic corded phone with caller id that will work without electricity

I like the color, price, that the phone is lightweight, and that the phone has caller ID. I didn't like that I had to buy my own 4 AA batteries to power the caller ID as the phon did not come with it. Also, the way the receiver is designed, I am frequently accidentally hanging up on people.
