I can't get my 88-year old mom to use a cell, but this is modern technology for her, especially since it lights up and she can see the numbers with her compromised vision. Wouldn't recommend to a friend because they all use cell phones.

Bought this phone for my mother in law in the kitchen and she loves it. The caller id is great and the ringer is loud

I wanted a phone with caller ID for the garage. It needed to be wall hugging to avoid being accidentally bumped.which eliminated all the cordless phones I found. I also wanted it to have crisp and clear sound quality. This phone perfectly fit all these needs. The caller ID is very visible without removing the handset from the hook switch.

I have had 5 of these phones throughout the years and they are great, especially to be hung on a wall.

We needed a plain, basic phone for my mother-in-law. This one worked perfectly, was easy for her to use and was an excellent price. Very happy.

Basic landline phone. Pros: inexpensive, caller ID, easy to use. Cons: display is not lit, makes it difficult to see in the dark.

It's a corded house phone that also provides you caller id. phone cord too wall is a little too long if you plan on hanging the phone. Would be nice if they have included a shorter cord, too.

This phone did what I needed it to, no complaints: sound was good, easy to use, not as many features as other phones, but that should be obvious to anyone looking for a trim-line phone.

Served it's purpose as a landline phone. Bought it for an older adult.

Very useful standard universal phone call id call waiting and other useful functions

This phone is not the easiest to use. The caller ID faces away when in use and it doesn't have the usual features of most phones, but it works OK for basic communications. As it is inexpensive, we can't expect it to compare to high end models.

Very light weight. Bought for older parent and it was ok for incoming calls

It is a very good caller ID telephone for the price.
