I'm a CD collector and this rack with assembly required is working out Excellent for storing all my collection Great Purchase.

I needed space to store 400 plus DVD's. This was just the right size to fit where I needed it. Tends to be a little top heavy, be sure to load from bottom up.

It takes about an hour to get it all out the box, instructions glanced over and put together. Though once complete, it is very nice looking and holds a large amount of physical disc types. It did cost a little bit, but it is an impressive helper in organizing years of movie and music buying.

Cons first. Does not compare to the older models. The dvds and cds hang out of the shelves (disappointing). Time consuming to put together. Pros: Bought on sale. They fit next to each other very well on the wall even though I have them on carpet. Looks nice. Comes with wall anchors. Holds so many dvds and cds. Well packed in box with each shelf individually wrapped.. Also all the screws are divided out in one container. Assembly instructions are clear and has pictures. I would buy again but I just wish the cases did not hang off the edge.

Loved the room for our movie collection but I wish it would have been more durable.

Overall this is a very nice media tower. It assembled easily and seems to be durable enough. I like the fact that it comes with the hardware to anchor it to the wall. The only complaints I have are that a few of the plastic pieces required to connect the top and bottom were broken and it is not very easy to put on the back panel. Other similar furniture I have assembled usually has little pilot holes in the cardboard backing so you have an idea of where to put them. This one, you just have to guess. Not a big deal though.

I had another one of these a few years ago but because I moved there was no way to bring it. This thing is great. It holds tons of movies and games. Only downside is because of its height it can be a little wobbly. this can easily be fixed by either using a plastic wedge to lean it towards the wall or use the included wall anchor. I don't have enough to fill a second one of these but if I ever do I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

For someone with a massive movie and video game collection this is perfect. This has a lot of shelf space and holds everything great. I bought 3 of these and have them anchored to the wall. They hold everything perfectly and it makes the collection look clean and neat. Building it is a breeze, easier than anything I have built from stores before. Other shelf's and whatnot say "easy to build" but this actually was.

This media tower looks great once finished and loaded up with all your DVDs, blu-rays, and CDs. I have two of these units and I'm happy with them for the most part. However, the quality control seems to be a little lacking. The first one I bought, I had it almost all put together and one of the cam locks just popped through the side of the panel (cam locks hold the two halves together). I had to dismantle some of it and haul it all the way back. The replacement I received was put together quicker (The instructions were slightly different with the new one) and had zero problems with. Unfortunately, I still needed more room and picked up a second unit. That unit had the same instructions as the replacement and went together relatively quick, but it just wasn't quite as stable. There seems to be a little more movement between the two sections, even though both are screwed into a wall. Definitely not worth taking apart and returning, but I would have rathered a different one if I knew ahead of time. I put them both together by myself in about an hour each. Make sure you have an electric screwdriver! Would be 5 stars if quality was more consistent.

Better than I thought but still not perfect. Time will tell how it holds up but I added wall brackets to the very top shelf as well because it felt a little wobbly. It feels solid now but your mileage may vary on how sturdy it feels in your own space.

Needed a dvd rack that was tall and not wide, thin and narrow, this fit all those things! Light weight but looks nice and keeps all 350+ DVDs and Xbox, wii and play station games nice a neat in my small space. Good price and pretty easy to build. My only annoyance is all the screws (many) that needed to attach the rack to the cover board on the back. Guess you can leave that part out but you'll see the wall...Highly suggest you don't attempt that part by hand/without the use of a drill. Borrow one if you have to!

As a movie collector this thing is awesome, it has plenty of room. I just wish the top was a little wider to put box sets that are too tall for the shelves.

I know I shouldn't expect a sturdy quality from particle board but the setup was a little confusing and once it got put together we had to anchor it in the wall because it was unstable on its own. I know this won't last when we move as most particle board things don't. I think it should be cheaper due to the quality.

As an old school gamer I have a ton of videogames dating back to the Genesis and SNES era. With so many games I never had a solid place to put all of them in an organized manor, grouped together per system. With this case I was able to get my rather large gaming collection on here as well as all of my dvd and blu ray disks. I still have a little room to add some more things so overall I would say I am satisfied. If you have a rather large multimedia collection you might as well get the biggest case they have.

I have two of these shelves and both I ran into the same issues with the hardware and connecting the halfs. Plan to buy some wood glue to make the shelves secure. They do have plenty of room for storage obviously. And even though I didn't use them I do like the fact that they came with wall anchors to stop it from possibly leaning.

My son has a large video game collection, and this fit everything, beautifully. This attaches to the wall, which is the only way to use it. It wont stand on its own, otherwise. Easy to assemble.

Holds a lot of cases. Not built as strongly as I would have liked it to be but does the job.

This was easy to assemble, and it holds a large number of DVD's and CD's. I would like it if there were more color options.
