    The emitter cable comes without a jack, something not mentioned in the description. As such one needs to buy a jack and solder it on in order to use it. If I had known before, I could have made a more informed decision.

    I have an Atlona HDBaseT extender and used this to extend the IR signal to multiple components. I have three of these connected to one HDBaseT TX and they all work great.

    I bought the cord not knowing that it was a bit too short. However, it was the only one available at Best Buy. Would have liked the option to order a longer cable!
