This has got to be the worst vacuum cleaner that we have ever purchase. We tried different ways to be able to vacuum our floors, but to no avail. And to add to our disappointment, the return policy ran out on January 16, 2021. We received the vacuum on December 29, 2020. The attachments just roll over the floors, but do not pick up any dust/dirt that might have accumulated. So we have had to resort to getting down on our hands and knees with a lint remover. We will not buy this brand again. Paying over $150.00 for a vacuum that won't vacuum is not the way to go.
